Website use and services

This website provides information about Ferdeza’s IT consultancy, automation, tool integration and web development services. It does not allow services to be purchased or paid for online. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a contract: each project must be set out in a proposal accepted by both parties before work begins.

Ferdeza serves both businesses and individuals. Before each engagement, Ferdeza will send an individual proposal setting out scope and deliverables, exclusions, total price and taxes, schedule and dependencies, payment method and deadlines, included support, cancellation and applicable usage rights. A contract is formed only when the client expressly accepts the proposal in writing. No work will begin and no amount will be charged before that acceptance.

Individual consumers and withdrawal

Where the client is legally a consumer and contracts at a distance, their statutory consumer rights apply, including, where relevant, the 14-day withdrawal period. Before contracting, Ferdeza will provide the legally required information and applicable withdrawal form. The consumer may exercise the right by sending an unequivocal statement to info@ferdeza-it.com or to Ferdeza’s postal address stated on this page. If the consumer expressly asks the service to begin during that period, Ferdeza will explain the financial consequences of a later withdrawal. The right will end upon full performance only if, before work begins, the consumer gave express consent and acknowledged that the right would be lost once the service was fully performed.

Deliverables and reusable components

Unless the proposal states otherwise, once the price has been paid in full, the client may use the project-specific deliverables for the agreed purpose. The proposal will set out the usage rights needed for that project. Ferdeza retains its pre-existing or reusable tools, know-how, methods and components. Third-party elements, including open-source software, remain subject to their own licences, which will be identified when they affect use of the project.

Support and personal data

Support, maintenance and updates are included only where the proposal says so. If Ferdeza must process personal data on the client's behalf to provide a service, the parties will enter into the required data-processing agreement before access begins.

Project proposals supplement these terms. Spanish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights or applicable rules on jurisdiction.
